Loving My Account Number And Other Stories

I have been with London Capital Credit Union for a long time now. I have always had a very good experience. The advisors are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. There are a few technical issues I have, namely forgetting it is not a 24/7 type system, but other than that, I have had no real issues or anything that would make me give up my account, plus, I love my account number. Overall excellent service

Customer service is excellent, I can reach my savings whenever I need it and I can take out a loan if I need to at anytime. Service in processing loan is very quick. LCC is better for loans than going to a bank. Reviewed on: 24th June 2025
