Speed of remortgage offer and acceptance

Received our remortgage offer following our discounted term ending. Offered a really good deal, signed the paperwork emailed back and half about later received confirmation all done and dusted. Amazing service Reviewed on: 31st August 2024

Initial Mortgage Enquiry

When initially enquiring about mortgages with the Building Society, I found that some responses could have been quicker. This however, was made up by the great customer service which I received from the mortgage advisor (Rob). He was extremely helpful throughout my application, fast to respond and went over and above to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend the service which they provide.
