I've been with the LBS for over 3 years now and they've always provided an excellent service by being informative, swift and concise. It's also refreshing to deal with an organisation that doesn't offshore any of it's services or use chat functions as it means you speak to real people who know exactly what they're talking about as they're the ones actually dealing with your product. I've just completed my mortgage paperwork to continue my relationship with them for another 3 years as whilst their rates are slightly higher than other banks/building society, the excellent customer I receive is far more important to me and outweighs the negligible cost saving I would benefit from by moving elsewhere.
