Outstanding Service from Rob Johnson

As a current lender with Loughborough Building Society, we are in the process of arranging a remortgage — not something that would normally be the highlight of anyone’s day. However, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Rob Johnson, who has made the process not only straightforward so far but also genuinely fun & enjoyable (yes, remortgage and fun in the same sentence — who would have thought it!). I couldn’t be happier with my experience to date and would highly recommend anyone considering a conversation about Loughborough’s products to speak with Rob. He is a brilliant representative for the company in every way possible. If he lived closer to Manchester, id be offering him a job. Reviewed on: 14th March 2026

I called to find out if there were any options avail...

I called to find out if there were any options available to me as an existing customer re my interest only mortgage. I was given the information requested, which I have now received in the post today. I now have what I need to review my options. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026

At what was a very stressful and uncertain time for us, Loughborough stepped in and made it possible for us to purchase our home. We are especially grateful for your understanding and flexibility when the sale was delayed, and for offering us an extension to the mortgage.
