A professional and helpful service. I dealt with knowledgeable people, who were also flexible and imaginative to accommodate my needs, as my case had some extra peculiarities. Paperwork contradiction

The overall experience of the Loughborough was good but the wording in their offer and paperwork was contradictory and confusing. I had to contact the Building Society for clarification. Reviewed on: 12th May 2025
