At what was a very stressful and uncertain time for us, Loughborough stepped in and made it possible for us to purchase our home. High rates , massive wait on a mortgage interview, spoke to a pleasant gentlemen but I wanted to ask his manager a few questions, he did inform me she will call however when she did call it dialled once and the line dropped with no attempt to call me back. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
