Approachable, efficient and knowledgable mortgage team

The remortgage process has been so simple and communication with the team fabulous. They are efficient, knowledgable and professional. We are really grateful for all of help, especially from Emma. We received responses straight away and the process to switch onto a new product is very simple. Thank you to all of the mortgage team at Loughborough. I made changes to my mortgage and found communication with the mortgage and underwriters teams were extremely poor. They simply do not communicate. I found the whole process in changing my product unecessarily stressful. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
