Top Rate Human Customer Service

Your help person was very good in answering my query and especially I am grateful for her correcting a misunderstanding on my part about how much you can overpay each year. Terrible service

Application started in Aug25 as existing customer and will still not be complete by Dec25. Constantly have to chase updates and progress. Extremely poor comms and customer service overall. Reviewed on: 27th November 2025

Seamless and fast product switch

Switching to a new product took up no more than 5 mins of my time. Placed a callback request through the website and received a call within an hour. Paperwork was sent immediately and when I returned it the switch happened in less than an hour. Shockingly efficient service - would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 30th October 2025
