Great value and Excellent Service

LV always provide cover at a very reasonable cost and I use them for both my car insurance and my wife's car insurance. They are also responsive in the event of a claim. Provided a hire car etc very quickly - my only reservation is to say never just accept the renewal quote .. check LV price online and ring them I've saved almost 10% off the quoted renewal price each year for the last 5 years plus! Great custom new service

Lv customer service is brilliant. From dealing to a car accident I had , promptly within a week so my car was fixed to go on holiday , to looking at the price when renewing my insurance. They are brilliant. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2017

Value for Money Quote

LV offered a great value for money quote which was flexible. I paid for my insurance online. I have never made a claim so can't comment on their claims procedures or helpfulness etc Reviewed on: 1st August 2017

Professional and reliable

My daughter is insured with LV and had to claim recently. They were really professional and despite the other party disputing the facts of the claim they issued against him and found my daughter not at fault. They provide an extremely good service Reviewed on: 25th July 2017

Expensive but at least there easy to use

It's not easy to try and claim but they don't bother you with calls. They're expensive but I feel like they try to help more than other companies. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2017
