LV= offer three levels of home insurance cover: Essentials, Home and Home Plus.

Essentials is the most basic cover. LV= Home and Home Plus have additional cover with some optional extras included as standard including accidental damage and locks and keys replacement. You can get a quote for LV= home insurance online.

We had recently moved our car insurance to LV and after a positive experience we decided to request a quote for house insurance from this company. They were easy to contact and discuss our requirements with, very clear on excesses available and the contract. We had a copy of the insurance emailed to us in minutes and I liked the fact that this was filed in a folder on my email, hope I never need to use it but its to hand if I do! Competitive pricing, friendly assistance

Having received a renewal notice from our previous home insurance company which was going to cost £100 more than previous year, we decided to ask for a quote from Liverpool Victoria. The Freephone line was answered quickly by a friendly, helpful assistant. She advised me of various options and extras, clearly explaining advantages and costs. There was no pressure, just clear and helpful advice. I didn't have to go into great detail regarding how near to property trees were planted, etc, and was given a quotation for comprehensive cover which was much cheaper than we had paid last year.
