A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. Great Service

I put.my child benefit into MCU I had 500 loan which was really easy to complete. No problems. It also very helpful to be able to withdraw what you have paid back 150.00 for struggling parents this option is ideal Reviewed on: 11th June 2025

Incredible service

The update of the app/process has been amazing. It is now so much easier to access funds when ready and available, with an instant transfer. Any time I have had to contact it has been pleasant and helpful. I wish I’d known about Manchester Credit Union sooner.
