There when I needed them

Credit union have helped me a lot I got a child benefit loan off them and I have been with them a few years now they have also let me take money out of my locked savings when I really needed to and I also have recommended them to a few people I know now instead of getting a high interest loan Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Over all a great service but it would be good if customers are kept informed about system outages or server disruptions than being quiet especially when all documentation has been signed and returned. Let customers know there are delays in returning funds so they're aware. Otherwise awesome product. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

Very quick to respond i think this is a good way of helping others and i think it should not be just for people on benefits but for those in full time work and for it to be accessible in the same way as some cannot get a loan from mcu even when in full time work due to circumstances. Loan approved and paid out in 9 hours

I applied for a loan at around 05:00am within 6 hours the loan was approved. Then 3 hours latter the money was in my account. the whole process from starting the application to the money being paid in my account took roughly 9 hours. Reviewed on: 12th March 2025
