A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. A great tip to use the MCU

Everyone should join a credit union. Manchester Credit Union is one of the best.

As credit unions are owned by the members for the benefit of the members, they are an ethical way of saving and accessing financial products. They are also very local as well so you get personal attention and better customer service. I have always had excellent service from the MCU and it has been very easy to democratically participate in the running of the organisation. I feel my membership really counts and I have a say in the running of the organisation. MCU also benefits wider society as well helping tackle loan sharks by being an effective and ethical way to borrow money. I am proud to be a member. Reviewed on: 28th June 2022
