A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. A customer satisfaction service

A fantastic company that gives the customer multiple saving options that accrue interest. They also have several loan options with very fair interest rates if or when the customer needs additional help with unexpected bills. Reliable and fast

With a young family and bills high each month it is so helpful to have this service with a small amount taken from child benefit to be given help with money towards more expensive items that would otherwise take a while to save up for the staff are really friendly and helpful and always receive a reply to emails which is unlike some other companies Reviewed on: 23rd May 2022
