A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. Life Saver

Brilliant. Being young making mistakes & getting into debt. Now I am rarely accepted for loans. How ever credit union gave me a chance to be able to get a large sum of money which Helps with large items, washing machine, fridge freezer, beds. It would have taken a while for me to do so. I have always had great communication, fast communication with credit union and they have always been helpful if I ever have a question. Credit union have been amazing for me as single parent. Professionalism in Customers Services

I have had the privilege of dealing with a lot of organisation in both my working life and in private. I have had the opportunity to speak with representatives of financial institution, banks, private and public organisation. In all my experience as a former customer service manager myself, my experience with the Manchester cooperative society customer service and handling is the most significant giving the many challenges faced by the nature of their jobs. The staff of MCS are well trained, mannered, and very helpful you would take them to be staff of a first rated organisation. In all my dealing with them in the past, i was thrilled by the customer service approach adopted while dealing with my issues. I was financially constrained when I got a loan from them but the constant re-assurance of the staff contributed immensely to get me back on track. Thank you MCS- Customer service.
