A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. Fantastic service with none judgmental staff.

Fantastic service with none judgmental staff. They really are for the people. They always go the extra mile to help all customers no matter gender, age or ethnicity. Always there to help

I have had previous issues with paying my account and the people who I spoke to couldn't have done more to help, they offered as much advise as they could.
