A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. Community spirited union

I have been a member since 2009 and from joining up i have been part of the credit union family. I say family because they never make me feel any less and no question to hard to answer. I have even got my daughter and son inlaw on board. Credit union are all about the community and making everyone feel included. Reviewed on: 25th June 2025

Help to save for rainy days

Manchester Credit Union have helped me on more than one occasion to save for a rainy day. I have also had loans in times of need and have found the repayment options very manageable. The interest rate could have been a little lower, that would have been the icing on the cake! Reviewed on: 24th June 2025
