A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. this amazing service is truly helpful to me the way the app is set out is very easy to use to either withdraw saving or to do a top up loan it's so easy and even if you have to ring up the staff are friendly and helpful too I don't know what I'd do without this is a real life saver for me as I struggle sometimes but always have this as a emergency back up and I love the fact I can withdraw money instantly if needed well done MCU for constantly improving the service to make it easier for customers :) Reviewed on: 14th June 2025
