All staff that I have had the pleasure of speaking to have been wonderful. I have just stair cased to buying 100% of my property (shared ownership) the process of completing was a long frustrating process to say the least. all staff that helped me with advice were fantastic. My mortgage plan had run out so had to pay extra each month. Each month one of your staff called to update me on addition costs so that I could budget. They were very understanding of my situation and helped me understand that Mansfield would always support until the house had completed. MBS inspired trust and confidence

A lot of negotiation with MBS was via my broker. However, when assistance or information was sought from MBS - either by myself directly, or through my broker, the response from MBS was prompt and professional. I felt trust and confidence in having MBS as my lender and greatly appreciated the fact that it could find a product to fit my needs when many of its competitors couldn't. No App, cant get through!

No App, very challening to keep track of your finances. Alao difficult to get through to speak to a person for basic account info.I chose Mansfield based on their range of products, but they withdrew a number of products so I have taken my money elsewhere. Reviewed on: 28th December 2024
