Really helpful personable approach

We have just secured our mortgage with Mansfield and have to say we were very impressed with the professional, yet personable approach. We actually felt like we had a dedicated team just working for us who kept us infirmed at every step and reassured us when things weren't going so straight with our purchase. Excellent service

Very professional and helpful. At every stage it was possible to contact a member of staff directly. It made a refreshing change dealing with professional human beings rather than faceless “systems”. Perfect Service

The Mansfield have been excellent with all our mortgage requirments, nothing is too much trouble and the rates are very competitive contacting before the latest deals finish and offering diffrent oprions to renew a new deal. Even letting us know when we have made too many overpayments so we dont incure more costs, would recommend to anyonew to give them a go. Reviewed on: 10th July 2023

Unable to manage mortgage online

I never had an issue but the fact that I want able to manage or see my mortgage details online felt like I was in the stone ages really. All of my family and friends had banks that allows them online management of their mortgages Reviewed on: 3rd July 2023

Offering a very positive experience

I cannot tell you how fantastic dealing with Mansfield has been . They provided an extremely positive experience in a world of negativity. Caring service team
