My mortgage

Very happy with time and care to spend time clearly explaining about different items . Reviewed on: 6th December 2021

Very quick and simple.

When the fixed rate on Our Mortgage was ending, we looked around for the next best rate and nothing came close to what Mansfield had to offer. Already being a Mortgage Customer made the process very easy and with a few questions to answer, all was sorted in a very short space of time. Reviewed on: 29th November 2021

Great service

Really easy to deal with. Very helpful everytime I've had to contact them. They called me to sort a new deal out when mine came to an end. They just wasn't wasn't best in market, so moved Reviewed on: 9th November 2021

personal service

I had little interaction with you but when I did it was dealt with by someone who seemed to be quite senior and he had great empathy for my situation which was that we were paying off most of the mortgage with proceeds of terminal illness cover. Reviewed on: 7th November 2021

Mortgage Redemption

Excellent communication throughout. All questions dealt with speedily and efficiently. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2021

Final Mortgage settlement

Excellent communication with Mansfield team - questions and issues dealt with promptly and efficiently. Closed account on due date. Only problem is that monthly direct debit was not included in the final mortgage statement and was paid and then refunded (~5 working days). Reviewed on: 2nd November 2021
