Service very efficient and Staff very nice and helpful. Dealt with our requirements very professionally. We were reinvesting ISA monies and very disappointed with interest rates 3.8% when at same time renewed ISAs with Nottingham and got 4.23% Reviewed on: 9th September 2025

Great service at the Sutton in Ashfield branch. Friendly service. No nonsense and all done in a timely manner. Also appreciated that there was no up selling, just concentrated on my savings need. Reviewed on: 8th September 2025
