Friendly and Personal Service

Needed to open Savings Accounts, and the other banks and So Called Building Societies, were not really bothered, just handing out a leaflet and telling you to apply online. The Staff behind the counter at the Mansfield Building Society took time to listen and advise Reviewed on: 17th November 2023

Ineterst Rates

Good experience with the bank but disappointing Interest rates compared to other providers. Had to close my savings account and invest the savings with another provider with an interest rate of 5.7%. Reviewed on: 10th November 2023

Excellent Customer Service

Simple and efficient

Very easy to fill out the forms for ISA transfer, excellent phne information on progress and clear simple paperwork Reviewed on: 4th November 2023

Poor communication

First withdrawal we made and waited for cheques to arrive in the post, we phoned them up and they had been sat there. Second withdrawal and to close the account we told the branch we would collect the cheques and gave a date and time. This was confirmed the day prior to Collection and when we got to the branch we were told they had been posted out to us? Reviewed on: 4th November 2023
