Branch experience

Going into the branch at Sutton is such a pleasure. Emma and her team are very professional but make you feel at ease. Emma is so knowledgeable and will help you in any way she can. Easy to open an Online Account

I found it easy to open an online account for a one year fixed rate bond. The process was straightforward and quick. I can now rest, knowing that my savings are safe for a year until I need them Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Nice Saving Rate. Nice Easy Sign Up.

New savings account opened in branch at Kirkby. No queues and within 15 minutes, it was all done. Maybe because I had another account helped matters, possibly so. The lady answered any questions I had very well, and handled the visit efficiently and in a friendly manner. Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Good products & friendly customer service

Scores marked down as withdrawal and transfer details weren’t clarified sufficiently but all staff on phone and at branch were friendly and helpful which was much appreciated Reviewed on: 3rd October 2023

Bad

I opened an account. Sent a deposit. It didn't appear. I panicked. I phoned. Nobody knew why it hadn't appeared, and they didn't seem to be very interested. After two days missing, it showed up. I didn't relish all that stress. I couldn't get it back fast enough.
