Easy to contact, feel like a valued customer

You can contact the building very easily, speak to a person who will sort out your issues. No hanging on the phone for half an hour before speaking to someone. Getting through to somebody who can deal with your issues in one call. It is so different to other financial institutions in the way they value their customers. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
