Just hope your pet does not get an ongoing condition..

They are wonderful but you have to pray your pets does not get an ongoing condition as the costs to renew shoot up as they know you cannot change insurers as they do not accept pets with previous conditions Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Good experience and outcomes.

The two times we have claimed were handled well, the first extremely swiftly, the second was a little longer to sort, with duplicated messages which was frustrating, hence the one point loss. As with all insurance it is the balance of the considerable monthly premium v the possible extremely high costs with vets bills. Many Pets are well respected and we are comfortable with the current cost v benefit. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

Experience of pet insurance claim

I made a claim due to my pet having treatment and it was a long winded process - what should have taken a week or 2 at the most took months which was frustrating and they had to be called regularly. I also called them to change my pets name and they have not bothered to change it on the flee and worm treatment they send out so I have to call them to amend this Reviewed on: 4th September 2024
