Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Easy to use - did what they said they would!

Amazing service. Making a claim is simple - you can do it online by adding a photo/scan of your receipt. Your account is updated online and I got regular emails and texts updating me as to where my claim was in the process. Pet insurance

We got our gorgeous puppy and never realised how important insurance was until the started very quickly with allergies that required vet treatment every few weeks. Many pets made the process so easy for us to take him to the vet and then the vet process the claim to the the insurance with no issues. Superfast payout without any fuss

Toby was bitten by a stray cat and was limping. I took him to the vets and paid for his treatment but then forgot to claim for two months! I put in the claim online two months after the date of the visit to the vets and it was paid the very next day! Superb service that I have never experienced from any other insurance provider.
