Caring, efficient, easy

I don't normally trust insurance companies but I wanted to make sure my new pup would be covered should an incident occur. Milo was bitten on his nose and required exploration by the vets, a CT scan and then a surgical procedure. The vets bills were claimed for by myself online and paid almost immediately over the weekend. The hospital bills are still being processed but I have received a very empathic call from customer service to reassure me that all was ok and then went on to ask about how little Milo was doing. Good customer service and peace of mind is rare to find these days but I believe Many Pets have nailed it. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 20th October 2022

Best Pet Insurance Ever

From the organised claim process to the very helpful customer services, this is the easiest insurance claim I have made which is really important when dealing with a poorly pet and even more important that the claim was processed very quickly so that our vet gets paid out and there is no quibble about the next stage in recovery/appointments due to them waiting on payments Reviewed on: 20th October 2022

Easy claim procedure and fast payment

I submitted a claim following treatment for our puppy, Teddy, and it was approved and paid the same day. This was not a one-off experience as I have found the claims process (and the quick payments) to be a common feature of my dealings with Many Pets. Vet bills can be expensive and the main purpose of insurance is to protect you from the impact of those bills. I have found that dealing with Many Pets has been a most rewarding experience and I only wish they did car and home insurance as well...! Reviewed on: 20th October 2022
