No.1 choice

I decided to get a quote from Bought By Many after a recommendation from a friend, and have not been disappointed, the website is easy and clear to use and have recently added another policy for a second pet. Easy claim procedure and fast payment

I submitted a claim following treatment for our puppy, Teddy, and it was approved and paid the same day. This was not a one-off experience as I have found the claims process (and the quick payments) to be a common feature of my dealings with Many Pets. Vet bills can be expensive and the main purpose of insurance is to protect you from the impact of those bills. I have found that dealing with Many Pets has been a most rewarding experience and I only wish they did car and home insurance as well...! Reviewed on: 20th October 2022

The fourth emergency service

I am nominating Many Pets Insurance. When in a situation of panic and angst with any situation with a beloved member of the family (pet) this group of individuals come together to form this company which doubles as a community to whom you can turn to when things are going wrong. The support is second to none and the worry of financial burden is lifted. They are for me and I assume many others to be considered the fourth emergency service. Reviewed on: 19th October 2022

Excellent service & protection for my dog

unsatisfactory

Sadly my first insurance claim experience with ManyPets has not been at all satisfactory. I have called multiple times, as-well-as tried to email the complaints department of ManyPets regarding my still unpaid claim, with no helpful response. ManyPets states that their aim is to resolve a complaint within 3 working days and that the majority of their insurance claims are paid out within three weeks. Unfortunately this is not the case as I have not heard back from them at all, neither through email nor phone call. Regardless of how much I am claiming for, I pay a monthly charge for a service which is very unsatisfactory. This has been ongoing for over 3 months now and I am left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman. Reviewed on: 19th October 2022
