Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Quick and easy

Our 15 month old pup has already had to have 2 claims on his policy, one large and one small. Both addressed quickly and the smaller claim paid within 3 days! Definitely recommend Many Pets to anyone. Reviewed on: 11th October 2022

They have always been there for us

Before having Many Pets as pet insurance I was a bit skeptical of insurances. Any I ever had always found a way not to pay when needed. Our loved Sky started suffering of allergies when he was still a puppy. We went through an intensive stressful invetigation that lasted for months where we were at the Vet every other day. Many Pets have always been there for us. They are quick, efficient and always kind. Thank you so much for all the good service you provide and the peace of mind you give us! A Genuinely User Friendly Pet Insurance Company

Many Pets was recommended by a friend, when it was still BBM. We insured 4 dogs and 2 cats with them. Before the metaphorical ink was even dry, the elderly dachshund had an attack of acute pancreatitis and spent 24 hours in hospital, then the GSD cross had to be put to sleep, and the Labrador puppy developed a urinary tract infection. Many Pets couldn’t have been more helpful. They were compassionate, and dealt directly with the vet practice where possible. They paid out quickly, and kept us informed every step of the way. I also like the email reminder they send each month telling you how much they will be collecting via DD. After having made several claims over the previous 12 months, I dreaded to see my renewal quote, but I was pleasantly surprised and relieved! Yes, our premium went up, in common with everything else this year! But the increase was reasonable, and far less than other pet owners I know who are insured elsewhere and have never claimed on their pet insurance. I am very happy with Many Pets and never hesitate to recommend them when someone asks me about pet insurance. I sincerely hope they will remain the outstanding company they are today. All you need

The best thing about Many Pets is the swift way they deal with any claim. I have had the claim back in my bank the next day. Many Pets are reasonably priced compared to some. I have used the online vet once and she was most helpful and dealt with my enquiry promptly. I recommend all new pet owners to Many Pets and old pet owners too. Its never too late to switch. Very quick and easy payout our
