Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Amazing

My dog is insured be bbm and I highly recommend them to everyone even my mum then insured her dog with them. Claimed several times and no problems whosoever, staff are always lovely to chat to. Reviewed on: 11th October 2021

Highly recommend...would not use anyone else

Customer service second to none. Any queries I had initially with first making a claim were resolved & answered promptly. Amazing service

Ive been so impressed with Bought By Many. Having become dog owners for the first time and our puppy needing a few vet visits, we have needed to make use of our insurance policy. They have been incredibly friendly, helpful and informative and the claims process is so easy and stress free. Not to mention the additional benefits of video calls with FirstVet and membership with Trusted Housesitters, both of which have been brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough!
