Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Most simple insurance I've had

My dog had to get emergency surgery & after all the stress of that getting our claim through was super straight forward and got regular updates to remind us they hadn't forgotten about us and everything got done in a reasonable time period, very happy. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

Great service, at speed too!

Bought By Many makes promises, and keeps them. Claims are easy to submit and they are generally processed quickly and accurately. Perhaps a bit more expensive than some competitors, but definitely worth it. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

Compassionate and Professional

I needed to contact 'Bought By Many', when my precious Lhasa Apso suddenly developed a cyst, which in closer examination, the vet thought was actually a tumour. I was devastated. I can't praise the wonderful help I received from these fantastic insurers. They were caring, compassionate and so very helpful. They took over everything, so they were dealing directly with my vets, throughout his surgery and after care. Thankfully, it wasn't a tumour after all, and my gorgeous little boy is healthy and happy today. I was so glad I had gone with this company, as my little one is my life. Superb customer service

I claimed for my dog to have a cruciate repair operation and all I had to do was make one telephone call. The customer care team dealt with my vet directly and settled the claim immediately with no fuss. The premium was very competitive and there was no major increase after having 2 claims in a year. Quite possibly the best company I've ever dealt with!

Our dog has unfortunately been very poorly, without Bought By Many we just wouldn't have been able to keep him alive, their excellent cover has meant he's been able to get the treatment he needs. Our last dog was insured with another company for years and I very nearly insured our new dog with them but I ended up going with BBM, best decision EVER! Can't recommend them enough, fast, efficient payout service with a great level of cover for a competitive price. Couldn't be happier. Reviewed on: 17th September 2021

Pet insurance

My both dogs are insured with bought by many, unfortunately one of my dogs took really not well and needed surgery ASAP. They covered the cost of my boys surgery within weeks of me putting a claim in, they are very friendly and professional! Reviewed on: 17th September 2021
