Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Emergency surgery

My dog needed emergency surgery, I rang and it was answered in a couple of rings. I was advised to focus on my pet and they would sort it all with the vets. This they did and I am very grateful as it took the stress away Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

May seem expensive initially but worth it

I have the fixed for life price dog insurance which may initially seem expensive but in the long run won’t be because in my previous experience pet insurance goes up dramatically as the dog ages, als you get free vet video calls which are worth the price in itself as you can call 24/7 if you have any concerns Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Genuinely pet and owner centred company

We have been with bought by many after several companies increased the costs for our chronically ill dog. They not only took us on but the costs were significantly lower than any others for what was provided. While this didn’t cover the pre- existing condition, our dog was sadly a complex case and had many other problems arising. Bought by many made the claim process as easy and un-stressful as possible and when we very sadly lost her they could not have been kinder or more sensitive. We still have our other dog insured with bought by many and happily haven’t had to claim for her but would feel confident we are with a company that delivers on their service promises - we cannot recommend them more highly. Lightened the load

I unfortunately had to use my insurance from bbm last year when my cat got run over and wasn't expected to survive. It was a very stressful time but I have to say that the insurance side was definitely the least stressful part. I spoke on the phone to staff who were so helpful and friendly and spoke through everything with me and put me at ease about the process. The online appeal also was so easy to navigate and complete, and the communication was good. Bbm made a difficult situation a bit better. Can't recommend them enough to friends and family! Outstanding Service & Understanding Excellent Customer Service

When we got our puppy Rottie Hansen in Sept 2018, everything was great. HAd him insured etc, but then a few months down the road, we discovered he had a Gastric Intestinal problem which we cannot fault BBM for their understanding, help, advice, comfort in what has been some difficult times. They have been so helpful and understanding. Unfortunately we won't have our big lad very much longer as he has recently been diagnosed with Cancer and with this blow, BBM took away that worry of having to deal with payments, information of treatment etc. Thank you BBM for everything you have done for us as we've had a few claims!!
