Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Peace of mind for my ageing cat

I opted for lifetime cover and found the company very easy and hassle free to deal with when making claims as he had developed diabetes. Great Pet Insurance

Above and beyond !

First time pet owner and was worried I would pick a bad company. I was definitely wrong when it comes to Bought by many. Easy to use

I've only had to claim once and the process was easy. I had to get all the paperwork together myself from my vet, hence 4 stars not 5. I feel the premiums are very competitive, and customer service help was great. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Great customer service

I had to make a claim for my dog, so when I called they were so understanding and helpful I honestly couldn't wish for any more from them. They even called me back to tell me that my vet practice hadn't sent any bills to them, so when I went to vets they had been busy and not sent it, but as soon as it was sent money was in my bank so quick.
