Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Over and above

I’ve submitted numerous claims of varying amounts over several years and not once have Bought By Many quabbled let alone refused to make payment. I recently submitted a claim, and only a week later my cat required further treatment. BBM saw that he had received further treatment after submission of my claim from the vet’s notes and automatically reimbursed me for the second treatment, despite it not being included in my initial claim. This meant I didn’t have to spend time submitting a second claim and BBM didn’t have to spend time reviewing a second claim, when they already had all the evidence required. Great customer service, great cover, great company!

I was dubious to change but having read the reviews online, went ahead. I have not been disappointed three years on as a customer. Two years claim free then I needed to make a claim. Couldn't have been more straight forward. I was kept up to date with texts and emails throughout meaning I was kept in the loop. No fuss insurance

I have claimed with bought by many at least 5 times in 5 years for my working cocker. Never has there been any issues, friendly and professional customer support, no hassle getting funds repaid quickly and efficiently. Company and vet working together for their customers. Best dog insurance

Biggest attraction is : no excess. Had to make an 8K claim. No problem, paid with no wriggling or procrastination. Premium has gone up but still competitive. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Excellent service

It's great to find a pet insurance so efficient. The website is easy to use and the rates extremely comparable to other insurance companies. I recently made my first claim, which was easy to complete and dealt with extremely quickly. I have since recommended Bought by Many to others and will have no hesitation doing so in the future.
