Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

No stress

Fast and Efficient

Unfortunately I have needed to use my insurance for both my dogs, numerous times over the previous few years, luckily both are once again fit and well. Bought By Many have always been fast and efficient in responding to all my claims and have paid out in a timely manner. Bought By Many have always swiftly responded to and answered and queries I've had. The various levels of cover they offer are perfect for me and the no excess is a big bonus. The dog came first

Last year in the midst of COVID our Saint Bernard needed surgery. Like most reasonable people I had already tried non invasive therapy’s that had not helped. When it came to surgery we turned to BBM for help in paying for it. Every single time I contacted them their first question was how is Bear. Not how much and what for, this company should be all about money but it absolutely is not. Cannot recommend highly enough. We now have 2 Saints both insured with this company. They are the best at what they do and when the chips are down they help you, they do not play manipulation games that so many other insurance companies do. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Absolutely brilliant!!

My young spaniel needed cataract surgery, which in itself is around £4.5k, then there's the ongoing treatment... BBM have been superb in dealing with the claim & the continuation of the claim. I wouldn't use anyone else! Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Helpful team

I have had reason to use my insurance on two occasions . Both times the team have been excellent . They are friendly and caring which is important when you’ve been through an emotional experience with your beloved pet . The claim was acted on as quickly as possible only being delayed by my vet responding slowly . I had regular updates which were appreciated . I have already recommended this company to friends . Best pet insurance by far

When Bob ( Bichon x)was poorly I used the vet video call this was a great help and reassuring. I also had to claim for Eddie (border terrier) the process is quick and easy and paid out promptly. Reviewed on: 16th September 2021

Best pet Insurer

I've been with bought by many since my dog was a pup and have always had great service from them. Easy to get in touch if I need to claim, they contact my vet directly and deal with everything!
