Great Service!

Our cat was ill on Good Friday, during the start of lock-down. Becasue we have her insurance with Bought By Many, we used the First Vet app to book a video appointment with a vet 30 minutes from logging on. She was great and told us that our cat needed medication and to book her in immediately. We went to the emergency vet and sat outside while they saw her and dispensed the medicine. BBM covered everything, dealt directly with all the vets in question and paid us promptly. It was a terrible time, handled the best possible way. Reviewed on: 6th August 2020

Excellent

I have been a customer for over. 3 years. My dog has a heart condition, and has to be seen by a vet every three months. I have unfailingly found the BBM team to be courteous, helpful and efficient. They keep me informed about the progress of my claim, make payments without fuss. Having talked and compared with other dog owners, their policies, especially for older dogs like mine, are very good. Very helpful friendly customer support.

The best pet insurance for a very reasonable cost. Last year I had an unexpected stay in hospital, the customer support were so helpful and I received the cost for my dogs emergency boarding with no hassle at all.
