Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

I've not had to claim or anything yet, fingers crossed I won't. With prices increasing very quickly I feel it could be cheaper. When I have had to phone for renewal prices it is the exact same as a new customer so can not complain on that front Reviewed on: 14th October 2024

ManyPets was excellent, but not anymore

We have used ManyPets (formerly BoughtByMany) for many years. Fir a long time, ManyPets was an excellent insurance provider. However, beginning in 2024 our claims began to take much longer to be approved. This change was very sudden and unwelcome. Frustratingly, the length of the claims process can vary for 1 day to several months. This seems to be the case irrespective of whether it is a claim for a new condition, or a claim relating to an established and lifelong medical condition. The assessment process for claims such as routine medication should be expedited, there is no clear reason why ManyPets would need 6+ weeks to approve claims of this nature. Customer service and overall coverage and claim approval rate remains excellent. Reviewed on: 14th October 2024
