We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Any first time pet owners or people looking to move their pets. After being a customer since the beginning - 2017. Sadly I would say absolutely AVOID, the customer service here doesn’t exist, you’ll be chasing claims for months, you’ll find your vets won’t claim directly from them as everyone knows they are notorious for taking months to pay, the team will say they’ll look into constantly and then one day hit you with your new annual insurance price of nearly £700 pounds a MONTH Reviewed on: 9th October 2024

Many Pets - A Confidence Building Pet Insurer

Anoushka is a very fit 8 year old Flat Coated Retriever so I am very fortunate never to have made a claim on my pet insurance but the regular email contact from Many Pets gives me reassurance that they are there for me and Anoushka if the need should ever arise. Also the rebate of 20% of the annual premium if no claim is registered in the year covered is an exceptional bonus I have never experience from any previous insurer. I have had 4 previous Flat coats in succession so my experience with insurers goes back many years. Reviewed on: 8th October 2024
