Best pet insurance I’ve been with, they have a 24/7 vet appointments included with your plan and it was fantastic! We spoke to someone instantly. Good customer service and prices

Great when I've needed to contact them, insurance is clear on what it provides. Good levels of cover provided. I went for the cover that you get some money back if you don't claim that year. There was an error with the messages regarding claiming but the customer service was excellent. Thankfully haven't needed to claim for my dog but I have heard good reviews from friends and family. The insurance is great but the call center customer...

The insurance is great but the call center customer service is the opposite of that. Often they will give conflicting information from what the other person has just give 5min before and they don’t seem to be interested in solving the problems. I also don’t like that every year they try to massively bump the premium even if you haven’t used the insurance Reviewed on: 3rd October 2024
