Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

The insurance is great but the call center customer...

The insurance is great but the call center customer service is the opposite of that. Often they will give conflicting information from what the other person has just give 5min before and they don’t seem to be interested in solving the problems. I also don’t like that every year they try to massively bump the premium even if you haven’t used the insurance Reviewed on: 3rd October 2024

Good value for money, but not the best customer service

Great value for money, and a quibble-free attitude. Their customer service is lacking though; they’re clearly understaffed, and it’s hard to get through on the phone sometimes. They can sometimes let things fall through the cracks, for example they didn’t set my direct debit up properly, and I hadn’t noticed it had stopped going out of my account each month. Cut to December when they sent me an invoice for £500 out of the blue for missed payments. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2024

Many Pets are more than just an insurance company

Many Pets are more than just an insurance company. They are like a family. When my previous dog needed a lot of medical care I didn’t have to dispute with many pets once about any of the costs of the medical bills that he needed. They were always so lovely on the phone and genuinely cared about our Breezy and were touched by our story. When Breezy passed away and I had to ring to tell them to cancel the policy I couldn’t hold it together and the lady on the other end of the phone felt my pain and cried with me and I needed that. Two days later I received a card, chocolates and a bunch of flowers in the post from many pets which was just so beautiful. There are not many insurance companies that would do that! I didn’t think twice about insuring my new dog Zero with them as I knew that he would be just as looked after! Reviewed on: 3rd October 2024
