Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Good coverage and easy to claim on line.

I have made one claim for my dog who needed surgery for a crusiate ligament injury. Minus my excess, the bill was paid in full. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Great Insurance Company

Bought by Many is a great insurance company. Their customer service is excellent and are always quick and efficient in getting back to me with answers to queries and processing claims. They are also extremely reasonably priced. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Great price for great service

Great service

Fortunately, i have not yet had to make a claim for my two kitties but the customer service i experienced was great. I had insured what we thought we two little girl kits Tabitha and Tallulah... it turned out that Tallulah was in fact a Monty!! They changed the details over the phone and i received a confirmation email shortly afterwards to confirm that both kittens are insured and that all details re Monty were updated. Competitively Priced

I like the choice of cover offered and fare competitively with others in the market. Did take slightly longer than expected to pay our claim when we last needed to overall a good experience, just think the prices are not as low as they used to be. Reviewed on: 15th September 2020

Brilliant fast claim back

We had to claim on our insurance for a behavioural therapist. Bought by many were great in how fast they got in touch with us and all other parties for the information needed and we were paid back in a couple of weeks. Very good value for money! Reviewed on: 15th September 2020
