Easy to use, quick to pay out

We took up Bought By Many insurance after it being recommended repeatedly by others and they were right to do so as it is easy to set up, easy to use and claim and quick to pay out when our puppy had a foreign body in it's throat. Reviewed on: 16th September 2020

Value for money

I had been paying over £3000 a year for my dogs insurance. BBM has saved me over £1000/year. The first claim had taken longer to be settled while health checks and reviews of my dogs medical history were carried out. Hopefully the next (if there is one) claim will be settled quicker. I was kept Informed of what was happening by email and text and the website is easy to navigate. On the whole the experience has been positive. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020

Brilliant customer service

I’ve had a few claims with BBM, and they were for quite a substantial amount Of money too unfortunately due to the type of medical attention my FBD needed. They were dealt with quickly and efficiently with no delays, and direct to the insurer. I had no forms to fill in as it was all done online by them and my veterinary practice. Really friendly bunch of people who keep you updated every step of the way. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, I work for an insurance company and know first hand what it takes to make a company stand out from the rest and BBM definitely have this.
