The worst company insurance

Very unprofessional. They have cancelled my insurance Without any motivation. Further, they do not want to send me the money to another account for privacy and security reason. Reviewed on: 6th December 2021

Terrible Insurance

I became unemployed during lockdown and because of this they put my insurance up. Yeah makes no sense. The world is already struggling but you want to strain me more. I had an unfortunate crash and they took a month on my claim for payout. At one point they didn’t even know where my car was and had I not called there would’ve been no movement. Then when they did pay me they told me they would let me know before hand and didn’t and took money out of my claim to which they said I could renew my insurance but never gave me the opportunity to do so. Don’t go with them. Waste of time and terrible . Reviewed on: 2nd December 2021

I wish I never got my car insurance with them - it was very expensive for very poor customer service - all the issues I had were not resolved, makes me wonder how difficult they'd be to deal with if I was unfortunate enough to have an accident. Avoid avoid avoid!! Reviewed on: 29th November 2021

They cancelled my insurance as made a typo and intead 13th Aug 1981 I clicked 19th Aug 1981! 6 days diffrenece and I was accused by them of trying to get more benefits Reviewed on: 24th August 2021
