People good, process could be better

Billy very prompt and helpful with a product transfer for my client. PT instructions need clarifying on website though, as not very clear at all. The two forms required for a straight PT could be combined into one, or it should be clearly stated on the website process that you need both. Plus, wet signatures are not always easy for clients, Adobe etc should be an option. However, not a huge hassle and happy overall with the service, considering the meltdown many lenders are currently in. Reviewed on: 21st July 2022
