I have set up an account with Melton Mowbray building society. It was easy to open and the staff in Oakham were friendly and helpful. It’s great to have a local branch and be able to speak with a person face to face. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

Brilliant, opened account close to Christmas, was concerned saving card would get lost in the post especially with the postal strikes, requested savings card be sent by recorded delivery - phoned up branch a few days after it had been posted. Lady phoned back promptly with tracking number, it arrived approximately 10 days after posting. Peace of mind that tracking provided it wouldn't get lost in the post.
