I tell all of my friends to leave the legacy banks and come to Metro

I know my business managers details and can call them. If they are not available they call me right back. My personal accounts are still with legacy banks and I have no idea who or how to contact them. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

The accessibility of someone other than a chatbot to talk to when something isn't straightforward is invaluable. Metro remember that their customers are people not numbers or money, so give them people to support them.
