Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Metro is the real deal

I remember as a newly student some few years ago, I tried opening account with other banks but they turned me down because I didn't had anything on my name but Meteo bank came through for me, inwent in and they opened a savings account for me instantly and gave me my card immediately, I was so shocked and surprised. Impressive Customer Service opening the account

Was fed up with Barclays closing my business banking branch, so decided on Metro Bank for business bank account. Immediately I became aware the bank people representing the bank and the bank 'culture' was totally different - far more positively engaging and understanding of my business needs.
