Friendly, Efficient and Accessible Service

The above title pretty much sums up Metro Bank. Following a bad experience with a previous bank, I was left in a very stressful situation. Walking in off the High Street into my local Metro branch (Croydon), I was instantly given the human touch. I was listened to, an appointment made to speak with a business manager and within 3 days I had an account opened that is right for my community interest company. I love the fact that Metro continues the tradition of making banking easy for all and making that person to person contact a key part of their service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Superb system and support

Its all about Customer Service

It is a completely different level of service to that which the big five banks offer, realistic opening hours aimed to make banking easier for the customer. Very good quick service

When setting up new business application was quick and could do it on my phone and they replied quickly. There was a problem with signing in but they were transparent with how they are resolving issues etc so very happy. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Greedy Banker!! Poor Customer Service

Only Metro Bank charges money for change and they need the business owner to visit the branch every time we need coins! Staff are very rude (not all branches), especially Croydon Branch! Any issues will take ages to resolve and most cases no resolution and no feedback. Issues with online banking, they always ask to change browsers even to add a beneficiary!
