Greedy Banker!! Poor Customer Service

Only Metro Bank charges money for change and they need the business owner to visit the branch every time we need coins! Staff are very rude (not all branches), especially Croydon Branch! Any issues will take ages to resolve and most cases no resolution and no feedback. Issues with online banking, they always ask to change browsers even to add a beneficiary! Excellent service

I did not know a lot about Metro Bank before transferring an account to them under the NatWest incentive scheme. Their communications and service have been excellent, and the availability of visiting a local branch with helpful staff is a great plus point. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Quick and efficient banking.

I came in around 5pm in the evening on a week day to Metro Bank and was surprised to find out that they were still open with a warm welcome. Opening my account the next day was quick, efficient ,and detailed. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Reach them in 2 minutes of Phone call

Metro is so quick in its telephone support when needed. I have never used a bank they are a phone call away. Usually, it takes 30 minutes to an hour with other banks to speak to a customer service assistant. But with the metro, it's a matter of seconds. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
