No other high street bak compares

Their customer service cannot be beaten. You can speak to a human being and the are generally very competent. I have moved accounts from Barclays and HSBC as they have become impossible to deal with. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

A Real Bank

Metro Bank has the attitude and values of old style banking. By this I mean the Customer is important to them, valued and treated with respect. Being able to talk to real people in the branch to resolve queries rather than waiting for hours on the phone sets them apart from other banks. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Easy and helpful to deal with.

We are a Walking Football Club who has seen growth, so we needed to set up a bank account in the clubs name. We tried many of the high street names, but none were as easy to talk to and work with as Metro. They explained everything to us in plain language. Breeze into Business Banking

We are a small Management Company supporting a small development of 8 houses. We needed a business bank account to collect services charges and for services. Because our annual turnover is less than £5,000, we were turned down by a number of high st banks and one private bank.
