Great service, giant cheque

Great Bank, Smooth App

Great Bank. Opening our business acccount in the Branch was smooth with very helpful staff. Slightly less impressed by customer service on phone. They often struggle to load their computers up, which lengthens the call time and I’ve struggled multiple times trying to get them to solve my issue. But all in all, great bank for my business.
