Easy Online transactions

As a signatory on a club account I am often asked by the Treasurer to pay certain bills. As long as I have been provided all the relevant details about recipient, account details, amount, and a copy of the invoice by the treasurer, I am then able to quickly jump on to the Metro Bank app. Online transfers are very quick. I personally like to check sort code and account number and amount 3 times before I commit, but this is just for personal peace of mind. If I decide to go back to the email on my phone and check anything the app will force me to re-login which I think is a great safety feature. Metro Bank makes online transactions painless for me which is why I would happily recommend them. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Metro are so accessible to reach, personal and supportive, feel very much part of the business community especially the Oxford and reading business managers and Heather wood. Reachable and reliable. I co-signed a charities account some months ago, the process being meticulously arranged by your Maidstone, Kent branch. I was most impressed by the careful, formal (yet friendly) way in which this was undertaken. I felt reassured and confident as a result of my dealings with your committed staff.
